Categories of Information the Firm Collects:

Information from the Consumer: Includes information the Firm receives from you in the Firm's TradeScan^TM registration process and other forms, correspondence, or conversations (such as your name, address, phone, e-mail, internet speed, level 2 access, name and phone of trading firm); and
   
   
2. Information about the Consumer’s connectivity: Includes information about your computer connectivity (such as your computer identification, IP address and internet provider).

Categories of Information the Firm Discloses:

The Firm does not disclose any nonpublic information about their current or former clients to unaffiliated third parties, except as required or permitted by law. The Firm may disclose all of the information it collects, as described above, to the Firm’s service providers (such as internet service providers) as well as affiliated parties to your connectivity services (such as the tech staff, corporate security personnel of your trading firm or internet provider) as necessary to provide services to you.

Confidentiality and Security:

The Firm restricts access to your nonpublic personal information to those persons who require such information to provide products and services to you. The Firm maintains physical and electronic security safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
